Yoga class and then a series of dynamics and games both on land and at sea. At the end we will have lunch at the same facilities.

Sports Gymkhana with children and trans adolescents. After the gymkhana there will be a lunch/snack and free time.

Competition in different styles and maximum 200-meter events.

Aerobic choreography to the rhythm of the most current themes and functional training with a combination of exercises.
